Turn before-and-after posts into booked consultations
The post gets the attention; the automation sends the price range and the booking link before the interest fades.
- Comment a treatment name → an honest price range, privately
- Booking link with per-post click attribution
- Anything clinical routed to a person

The before-and-after post works
It reliably gets comments, and they are reliably the same: how much, how long does it take, does it hurt. The post is doing its job; the follow-up is where it falls over.
Give a range, not a number
Set an automation per treatment — aligners, whitening, implant — and send an honest range with what changes it. A range plus “the exact figure depends on the scan” converts better than silence and far better than a number you have to walk back in the chair.
Attach the booking link
As a button, so it becomes a tracked short link. After a month you know which treatment post actually fills consultation slots, rather than which one got the most reactions.
What must stay human
Pain, swelling, bleeding, anything urgent, and anything that reads like a diagnosis question. Put those on the exclusion list of every automation. Same for the AI: give it prices, timings and aftercare logistics, and nothing that could be read as clinical advice.
Photos
People will send photos of their teeth. An automation cannot read them and should not pretend to — those threads land in your inbox for a person to answer, which is the correct outcome.
