Terms of service

By creating a LeadWave account you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose.

What LeadWave is

A service that connects to a Facebook Page you control and sends messages on its behalf according to rules you configure. You remain responsible for what those rules say and for what is sent under your Page's name.

Your account

• You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.
• You must actually control the Pages you connect. Connecting a Page you do not have the right to operate is grounds for immediate termination.
• You are responsible for anything done under your account, including by people you invite.

Acceptable use

You may not use LeadWave to:

• Send unsolicited bulk messages, or message people who asked you to stop.
• Impersonate another person or business, or operate a Page under a false identity.
• Distribute malware, run a phishing operation, or solicit credentials or payment details under false pretences.
• Circumvent Facebook's rate limits, messaging window or platform policies — including by running multiple accounts to get around a limit.
• Sell or promote anything illegal where you or your customers are.

We enforce Facebook's messaging window, its one-reply-per-comment rule and a shared per-Page send budget in the product itself. These are not optional and cannot be turned off.

Billing

• Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through our payment provider. We never see your card details.
• Plan limits are enforced, not billed. When you reach a limit we tell you and stop; we do not charge overage.
• Nothing rolls over. AI credits and message allowances reset at the start of each cycle.
• You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you paid for. We do not refund partial periods, except where the law requires it.

Availability

We work to keep LeadWave running, but we do not promise it will never be unavailable. LeadWave depends on Facebook's Graph API; when that has an outage or changes its rules, features can be affected in ways we cannot control.

Your data

Your content is yours. You can export it whenever you like and delete it whenever you like. We use it to run the service you asked for, and for nothing else. See privacy.

Ending it

You can delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches the acceptable use section above, or that puts our Meta platform access at risk — where it is safe and practical to do so, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix it.

Liability

LeadWave is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Changes

If we change these terms materially we will tell you by email before the change takes effect. Continuing to use LeadWave after that means you accept the new version.
